We were also at that beach outing. Grandpa Frank was very tolerant of those "young folks" when it was hard for me to tolerate. We did have a nice day at the beach and had a nice cook-out after. I remember him wanting to help with the salad or setting the table...anything he could help with. I know he was loved by his family very much and will be missed greatly. God bless!

Grandpa came to visit me in St. Petersburg, FL and we took him to a beach that you can drive on. The car next to us was blasting this annoying music and cursing.. acting drunk. We asked grandpa if he wanted to move and he said, "They are just having a good time! We can stay"

That is just one of the many times grandpa saw the positive in people. He taught me to do the same and to always love one another, to be open to other people and accept.

He is the reason I am the positive, loving person I am today. Aside from being a wonderful grandfather.. he was also a teacher.
